Here are keyboard shortcuts you may find useful when viewing your Inbox:
To Send / Receive All Folders (do it now, overriding the time set in Options): Press F9
To Reply to the selected message press CTRL + R
To Reply All to the selected message press CTRL + SHIFT + R
To Forward the selected message press CTRL + F
To Forward the selected message as an attachment press CTRL + ALT + F
To go to Mail press CTRL + 1
To go to Calendar press CTRL + 2
