M I C R O S O F T    O U T L O O K

I've heard some people say, "I live in Outlook."

Do you use Quick Steps?
Are you aware that you can reply to an email message with a meeting request?

Are you using Rules and Categories to automatically move your messages into folders?
Have you customized your Quick Access Toolbars with the commands you use most often?
Did you know that you can make email messages from specific people appear in different colors?
Do you keep retyping the same phrases in your email messages? Instead, you can name them and pop them in.
Do you know the one-press keyboard shortcut (faster than cut and paste) to move a paragraph in your email message?
